Wreaths Across America

Pack 65 is humbled to again be able to participate in the annual Wreath Placing ceremony at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The service begins at 12 noon on Saturday, Dec. 15th.  Please see wreathsacrossamerica.org for more information

The scouts will serve as part of the Honor Guard during the service and will then be led to the gravesites where they will be able to place donated wreaths. Full Class A uniforms are required for this event. Depending on the weather, the boys may have to put on several layers beneath their uniform shirts. A request by council has also been made that the boys do not wear sneakers. If the weather turns wet, jackets may be worn over their uniforms.

We will meet in the front parking lot between the Hershey Elementary School and Middle School on the Saturday December 15th at 10:45. We will then caravan to the Gap as a group. If you have any questions, please contact Joe Nye at 583-0461 or joeandcarolnye@comcast.net.
