Cub Scout Pack 65 Family Picnic on Sunday, 05.19.13 from 4pm to 8pm

WHEN:  Sunday, May 19^th from 4pm-8pm

WHERE:  Shank Park pavilion

WHO:  Pack 65 scouts and their families

WHAT TO BRING:  The Pack will provide burgers, hotdogs, buns, condiments, drinks and paper products.

Tigers:  dessert

Wolves:  side dish

Bears:  dessert

Webelos:  side dish

Bring your lawn/camping chairs along for the campfire.

WHY:  This is our end-of-the-year event for the entire Pack.  We will eat, play games, and have our last Pack meeting around the campfire (S’mores provided).  This is also our bridging ceremony where our scouts will get their ranking award and officially “bridge” to the next level.

This is a fun filled evening for all so plan to come out and celebrate Cub Scouts with your Pack.

Batten down the hatches and join the Pack 65 Annual Family Campout

April 13-14, 2013 at Camp Catherine in Hershey

·          The theme this year will be Pirates!  Don’t miss this fun Scouting event with hiking, games and a treasure hunt. Program will end with an evening campfire and Pack Meeting.

·           Overnight tent camping for families on Saturday night after the Pack Campfire.

·           Check-in anytime after 9AM on Saturday, April 13, 2013.  Families may leave after pack meeting or stay the night.

·           We will provide Saturday’s Dinner and a cold Breakfast on Sunday morning.

·           Saturday’s lunch is on your own.

·           Fee is $20 per family

·           REGISTRATION FORM (click LINK) with parent/guardian signature and check payable to Pack 65 is due to Josh Cysyk, 883 Tallyho Drive, Hershey, PA 17033 no later than Monday, April 1.

·          Bring Class B uniform, a tent, and camping chairs.

Annual Pack 65 Blue & Gold Banquet - Friday, 03.08.13 @ 6pm

"OUR COURSE IS SET" Please join us at our March Pack Meeting for an evening of food, entertainment and tradition. All are welcome! Watch the Arrow of Light Ceremony and witness the WEBELOS II scouts ( Ian Bruce, Andrew Hahn, Tommy Johnson, Chris Larkin, Ryan McDanolds, Joey Nye, Genya Schaller, Russ Swansen, Adam Wildasin, Jason Zaprazny and Trey Zimmerman) cross over to Boy Scouts. RSVP by Friday MARCH 1st, and please include how many adults/children in your party. Only one response per family needed. Hope to see you there! Dinner will be served promptly at 6pm!

Pack 65 Ice Skating Event - this Sunday, February 24th from 2pm-4pm

Come join us on Sunday February 24th from 2-4pm at the Hershey ARENA.  Please come out and join us, bring your friends, neighbors, brothers, sisters and anyone else you can find!  Doors open at 2:00 so please plan to be at the arena’s back door about 10 minutes early so we can get a final count and pay as a group.

Parking is between the stadium and the arena and parking is free – tell the attendant at the booth you are going to public skating at the arena.  You can walk outside down and around the back on the left (back to the stadium and looking at the arena) to the back doors.  You’ll actually take the steps under the monorail between the park and arena.
